How do I resend a recording from my Apple Watch?

Short answer
On the Watch, start playing the stuck recording, touch and hold the playback screen and tap Resend. To resend everything, touch and hold the recording list and choose Resend All. Keep both devices charged and close together.
Watch recordings are automatically transferred to your paired iPhone, but they can get stuck during the process in rare cases. This could be due to low battery levels on both devices or other factors such as poor Bluetooth connection.
Should this happen, you can try the following commands.
Resend Invidual Recordings
- Start playing the recording you wish you resend.
- Touch and hold on the Playback screen to reveal the action menu.
- Tap ‘Resend’.
Resend All Recordings
- On your Watch, touch and hold on the list of recordings.
- Tap ‘Resend All’.
