- Can I use my Noted+ subscription on more than one device? Yes, on every device signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with: iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Vision Pro. A purchase made on iOS does not transfer to Android, or the other way round.
- Can I use third-party cloud service providers? No. Noted syncs through iCloud only. Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive can be used to import files into a note, but not to sync your notes between devices.
- How do I fix sync problems in Noted? Check that every device is signed into the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on, has free iCloud storage and a working connection, then open Noted on each device to trigger a sync. If notes are still missing, sign out of iCloud and back in.
