- How do I play back an Apple Watch recording? On the Watch, swipe to the recording list, tap a recording and press Play. On the iPhone, open the Watch Recordings folder and tap the recording. Volume and speed can be adjusted during playback on both.
- How do I change the playback speed of a recording? Tap the 1x button next to Play and choose a speed from 0.5x to 3x. The setting applies to that recording, and time-stamps still jump to the right moment at any speed.
- How do I skip forward or back in a recording? Tap the skip buttons either side of Play to jump back or forward, 10 seconds by default. Change the interval under Settings → General → Skip forward / Skip back, on iOS and macOS.
