- How do I adjust the editor margins in Noted? Open the ⋯ menu at the top right of a note, choose Note Settings, then Adjust Editor Margin and drag the slider. The margin is saved per note, on iOS and macOS.
- How do I attach a photo or file to a note? Tap the 📎 Attachment button on the editor toolbar to add a photo, PDF or other file from your camera, photo library or the Files app. Attachments sit inline in the note and can be opened, shared or deleted from there.
- Do Bluetooth headsets or AirPods work with Noted? Yes. Noted plays and records through AirPods and other Bluetooth headsets. To record from the headset microphone, tap the 🎙 icon while recording and choose it as the audio input.
- What keyboard shortcuts does Noted support? Yes, on Mac and on iPad with an external keyboard: ⌘R to record, ⌘B/⌘I/⌘U for formatting, ⌘F to search, ⌘⇧T for a #TimeTag and the space bar for play and pause. Hold ⌘ on the iPad to see the full list.
- How do I use Split View to work on two notes at once? On iPad, touch and hold a note and drag it to the edge of the screen to open it beside the one you are in. You can type in one note while the other plays, and both stay editable.
